    • Use licensed REALTORS/staff leasing agents to coordinate and show properties to qualified tenants.
    • Follow Fair Housing and real estate laws.
    • Perform national background and credit checks on prospective tenants.
    • Consult with Owner about tenant selection.
    • If listed “For Sale”, a professional showing service is used that keeps Owner updated on showings and feedback (see Realty for details)
