Are you on the Board of a condo association or HOA?
Are you frustrated by the poor management, excessive fees, or “nickel and dime” approach of your current management company?
From start to finish, RPM Midwst can do it all for Condo and Homeowners Associations! We offer VERY affordable, and EASY TO UNDERSTAND solutions compared to our competition. Additionally, we have the size and scalability to handle communities of any size.
We began offering Condo Association & HOA management programs in 2012. Our goal is to be a market leader in Condo Association & HOA management by 2017. Out of the approximate 2,000 single family and multifamily units we have under management (2011), about 20% are condo rentals.
Our COO, Mark Thompson knows what a board/association wants/needs from a management company. In the early 2000′s was the VP of a 300 unit condo association on the west side of Cincinnati for almost 4 years. During his time, the association transitioned from being self-managed to hiring one of Cincinnati’s “leading” management companies to take over management of the community. However, after a good sales pitch and a lot of over-promising and under-delivering, within months the dissatisfied community went back to self-managing (but with significant improvements).
These real-life lessons-learned were considered when we assembled our Condo Association & HOA Management programs.
