HERE’S HOW THE MARKETING AND LEASING PROGRAM WORKS
1.) You tell us how much you’d like to rent your home for (we can help you figure what you should be able to get).
2.) We list it at that price, giving you more advertising than ANYONE out there… ADVERTISING IN OVER 50 PLACES.

3.) We’ll take all the tenant phone calls and email leads.
4.) We personally do every property showing.
5.) We give you feedback 1-2 times per week on how the call volume is, how the showings went and when applications are turned in, being proceeding, etc… and if there’s anything that needs done, we tell you ASAP!
6.) We get applications from the tenants.
7.) Then we’ll thoroughly screen and qualify tenants based on multiple criteria.
8.) We look for Credit, Criminal, and Evictions history… so you get the BEST possible tenant
9.) We bring the tenant in and get money to hold the property.
