Q: How do I login to the Owner Portal / Tenant Portal with my username and password? I’ve even tried resetting my password…

A:  Beware of “Cut and Paste” issues…..

Once you receive the email that contains your Portal password (either from initial sign up or after resetting the password via “forgot password”), please enter it EXACTLY as it appears or cut and paste the password into the password field.

IMPORTANT:  ”Pasting” your password inadvertently puts a space after the last character, but it’s hard to notice because it appears as “*********” in the password field.  IF YOU PASSWORD DOESN’T WORK, DELETE THE LAST “*” AT THE END OF THE PASSWORD and hopefully that should work.

Additionally, an error might occur if your password has the “&” character.

These are known issues that our software vendor is working on.  We will update this post when it is corrected.
