We know Owners want their rental income ASAP so we have worked very hard to deliver the fastest accounting turn-around time in the industry! While most property management companies take 45 days or longer to distribute monthly proceeds, RPM gets Owners their money and statements by the 23nd of each month or earlier!
Owners are paid via direct deposit or can be paid via paper check.
