OWNERS

1.  You should receive an email from an administrator at rpmmidwest with your username and password. If you do not receive this the same day as the introduction email, please call your sales representative.

2.  Log-in following the instructions in that email.

TENANTS

Here at Real Property Management we make it easy for tenants to pay rent, apply to rent a property, and even submit repair and maintenance requests – another reason owners and tenants love working with us!  Just login!

New Users – Create a login at the bottom of the SIGN IN web form

If you don’t yet have a login please click “Sign up” and follow the prompts and it will be emailed to you.Please use the email account we have on file for your account and the rental property address.  If you do not recieve an email please call us.

Paying Rent Online

To pay rent online just login to the Tenant Portal and follow the prompts. Not only can you pay via ACH, you can also set up recurring payments, or even pay with a debit or credit card.

Repair Requests

For all repairs please call (877) 588-6509. Our lines are open 24/7/365.

Important: Check our Repair Checklist before submitting a service request. To submit a repair request, first login and then click “Service Request.”
