Keep in mind we will be here long after the closing and since we pay for all maintenance for 10 years we are very selective of the homes we sell.
- Every home in our program has been renovated by us to be marketed to Retail Buyers first. Most homes will have a number of “Green Friendly” features.
- We will provide an FHA appraisal/inspection. The FHA certified appraiser will complete an inspection checklist to ensure the fitness of the property. If there are any problems we will repair them prior to you closing on the property.
- You are welcome and encouraged to have the home inspected by a home inspector of your choice.
