I met the owner of Real Property Management when I was looking for someone to take care of renting and managing my property. I was tired of the other company I was using.
I was impressed with the owner of Real Property Management. He was remodeling houses and buying and selling homes. In fact, he found tenants for my property while he was remodeling my kitchen.
Real Property Management is extremely reliable. When I email or call them, they get back to me the same day.
I have had no problems with them collecting rent and giving me my share.
If I had more than one property, I would absolutely use them to rent and manage that one, too.
