History of RPM Midwest
RPM Midwest was founded in 2007 when owner Sam Thompson saw a need for an affordable, honest, professional, property management company in the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky market for owners of 1-4 unit properties. The market confirmed the need, and RPM quickly went from startup to having offices in 3 cities and over 2,000 units…and still growing!
